I'll guide you through the entire process.
My name is Kari and I live in San Antonio, TX with my partner and our dog, Kona. I'm a photographer by day and an editor by night. From the moment you click submit on your contact form until the moment you receive your images, I will be by your side guiding you through everything to help make your post production run smoothly. My goal is to make your life easier by quickly and efficiently executing your requests.

CONSULTATION
First, we will chat briefly about what you are wanting edited and your turn around time needs.

SENDING RAWS
After our initial consultation session, hopefully you will decide to work with me, and I will be requesting the RAW files so that we don't lose quality in the images. I prefer images to be sent through WeTransfer, however, I will accept other platforms.
03.
PROOFING
Once I have received the RAWS, I will quickly edit up to 5 images and send them back to you for proofing. Please let me know if there is ANYTHING that needs to be fixed before I continue working on your gallery.
04.
RECEIVING YOUR INVOICE
Now that you have proofed your images, I will send you an invoice for the rest of the work. Please fulfill the invoice as soon as you can to ensure your images are delivered on time.
05.
DOWNLOAD YOUR GALLERY
IT'S HERE! Your images have been retouched to your liking and your invoice has been paid. I will send your images back to you through the platform WeTransfer. Your gallery link will no longer be active after one week, so be sure to check your spam folder to make sure they don't disappear forever.
06.
SEND OUT YOUR GALLERY
You have the option for me to deliver your images to your client so that you don't have to worry about it. If you choose to go this route, please make sure to give me the correct information so there are no hiccups in the delivery process.

Intricate Edits
Starting at $5
This service is for my photogs who have a gallery over 10 images that need family members or strangers removed from an image, backgrounds replaced, or any body corrections including flyaways, clear skin, whitening teeth, sliming waistlines, and more.
Basic Edits
Starting at $0.50
This service is for my photogs who have a gallery over 50 images that need basic edits completed. Basic edits include color correction, straightening, cropping, and style matching.
Culling
Starting at $0.04
This service is for those photogs that have a gallery over 100 images and needs to have the best 10-50 images picked out before the editing process even begins. Please inquire about larger gallery needs.
Single Image Edits
Starting at $15
This service is for my photogs who just need up to 9 images touched up or intricately edited. In this service I will add or remove people, touch up skin, color correct, straighten, crop, adjust lighting, and background changes.

FAQ
How do I send you my images?
I prefer to receive your raw files through WeTransfer. This platform allows you to send large files at no cost to you or the quality of your images. Once you have uploaded your images to WeTransfer, you will email them to inquiries@inthefloraandfern.com. I will then see the link on my end and can download them and start working.
How much do you charge?
My rates depend on your needs. I generally stick to $0.04/photo for culling, $0.50-$15/photo for editing, and $20 for delivering to your client. Again, rates can change depending on the size of your gallery and your requests.
How quickly can I get my gallery back?
I try my best to have your images back to you in less than 24 hours, however, life can happen, so I generally quote no more than 72 hours for your gallery to be completed and returned to you.
